A 19-year-old youth succumbed to his injuries at SMHS today after being critically injured in a road accident in Frisal in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.

An official identified the deceased as Dawood Ahmad Zargar, son of Nazir Ahmed Zargar, resident of Kulgam’s Frisal area, was among the two people injured in a Wednesday accident involving a bike (JK03J-1289) and a Sumo (JK03C-9434).
