Dead body of a labourer from Doda who had drowned in Jhelum at Sangam area of Anantnag two days before has been retrieved.

An official said that a body of labour Ankash Kumar R/o Doda, age about 22 years,  who had drowned in river jhelum on sunday at sangam was  fished out and brought to SDH Bijbehara.

Further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.
