A 10-year-old girl was injured after attacked by a pack of stray dogs in the Rednag Lalpora area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday morning, officials said.

They said that a girl namely Tayba Shafi, daughter of Mohammad Shafi Mir, was attacked by stray dogs outside the home of her maternal uncle.

The girl, they said, received multiple injury marks on her head and was immediately taken to SDH Sogam for treatment where from she was referred to SDH Kupwara for specialised treatment.
