The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday said that they have arrested one extortionist along with a fake pistol in Srinagar.

“One extortionist namely Umer Qadir Dar S/o late Gh Qadir Dar R/o Harnambal Zaffar colony Natipora, he was using fake pistol for intimidation. 02 mobile phones,01 laptop also recovered from his possession. On this, case under FIR No. 66/2022 registered at kothibagh Police station,” Police said in a tweet.
