Meteorological Department forecasts hot and dry weather with a slight probability of rain and thunderstorm in Jammu and Kashmir today. Most likely weather to remain same for next five days.

An official from MET said, “Today, mainly hot and dry weather is most likely in JK. Same weather likely to continue for next 5 days.” He added that a brief spell of rain and thunderstorm “may occur at some pockets, mainly towards late afternoon.”

The official said that there is no possibility of major rain for next ten days.
