An encounter broke out between security forces and militants at Radbugh area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday, officials said.
A senior police officer said that an encounter broke out shortly after joint security forces including Army’s 2 RR (Kilo Force) and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir police cordoned off the area following inputs about the presence of militants there.
The firing was going on from both sides when the report was last filed.
