Indian security personnel in the United Nations Peacekeeping Force have been deployed on the southern border between Israel and Lebanon, where tensions have escalated due to exchanges of mortar and rockets between Hezbollah and the Israeli army.
They were seen along the border between Israel and Lebanon. However, they refused to comment on their mission due to protocol.
This deployment is part of India’s commitment to maintaining international peace and security by contributing to the United Nations Peacekeeping missions.
