Directorate of School Education in Kashmir has announced that Jammu & Kashmir will host the International Hindi Olympiad 2023 . The competition, organized by the Hindi Olympiad Foundation, aims to promote the Hindi language among students from classes 1st to 10th. The Administrative Department has expressed its support for this initiative. This event is a part of the efforts to encourage the use and appreciation of Hindi, one of India’s official languages. The Olympiad will provide a platform for students to showcase their language proficiency and enhance their skills. Various schools across Jammu & Kashmir will participate in the Olympiad, creating a friendly atmosphere for students to compete. It is expected that this event will not only improve their linguistic abilities but also cultivate an appreciation for Hindi culture and literature.
