Srinagar-Jammu highway was thrown open for the movement of LMVs Saturday morning with traffic allowed to ply from both the sides, officials said.
An official said that the NHW, which was closed for maintenance work, has now been reopened for traffic from both sides. “People are advised, keep lane discipline” he added.
