Hyderpora Encounter: In New Order HC Stays Exhumation Of Amir Magray’s Body

After issuing order for exhumation of body of Amir Magrey, one of the four persons killed in Hyderpora encounter last year, the High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Friday stayed the verdict.

New order came after Jammu and Kashmir Administration challenged the exhumation order.

Next hearing of the case is listed on 28 June, 2022.
