Kashmiri Pandits took to streets again on Saturday in the Rajbagh area of Srinagar to protest against the killing of Rahul Bhat in Chadoora, Budgam.
According to witnesses, the protesters were holding banners that read, “our only demand is relocation/deputation of all valley posted migrant employees to any other place in India to stop our bloodshed.” They chanted slogans demanding an end to the targeted killings of Pandit community members.
“We are not getting any attention from the government so far, that is why we have been protesting for the last ten days. Send us out of Kashmir because we are not here to die,” a female protester said.
