Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested three persons including a juvenile on Tuesday for alleged charges of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor in Mallabagh area of Soura in Srinagar outskirts.
Police has said that they kidnapped a minor from Taqdeer Park Hazratbal and took her to a rented house in Mallabagh, where they assaulted her sexually.
Police has registered FIR against the trio and arrested them. Meanwhile, the victim has been shifted to a hospital for medical check up.
