A newborn baby was seen floating in Dal Lake near Nishat garden Srinagar this Wednesday evening.
He was fished out and taken to nearby facility where the doctors declared that the baby was dead on arrival.
Police has taken cognizance of the incident and shifted the body to SMHS for further legal medical formalities.
