After weeks of hot and dry conditions, Kashmir and parts of Jammu received fresh spell of rain last night and early this morning on Wednesday.
As per the MeT prediction Weather will remain cloudy during the next 24 hours. Next spell of light to moderate rain is expected during 20-21st April.
This year, 80% rain deficit was recorded in JK due to absence of any strong western disturbance or winds blowing from the Mediterranean.
