Srinagar, Feb 13: All educational institutions in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to reopen from February 14 and February 28 respectively.
Offline Classes for senior grades from 9th to 12th to resume from tomorrow, Monday, 14 February in Jammu Division and for rest of the classes from 21 February. For Kashmir Division offline classwork for all classes to resume from 28 February 2022.
Meanwhile all Universities, Colleges, Polytechnics, ITls, etc to commence routine offline (physical attendance) teaching from 14 February, 2022.
The Head of the Institutions must ensure guidelines related to vaccination for students above 15 years, social distancing norms and Covid Appropriate Behavior (CAB) are followed strictly including regular screening at the entrance of the Institution. All students to carry vaccination certificates.
Coaching Centers for Civil Services, Engineering, NEET etc. permitted to adopt offline mode of teaching subject to condition all students and staff be vaccinated and Covid Appropriate Behavior and SOPs to be adhered.
