This old lady, deaf and dumb smiling in front of camera as if she had all the happiness of this world made me realize we should be thankful to our lord in every situation. An old man thinking about something only he and his lord knows, clicked through window so that the picture shows a bit of drama. At Dargah Hazratbal this old man was praying and asking for forgiveness the way child asks for something and tries to be stubborn until and unless he gets what he wants. Being a photojournalist I couldn't let this moment go and tried to capture it in such a way that the picture depicts what it is all about. In this picture, mourners are done with procession. It was very tough for me to click as everyone was crying in remembrance of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) keeping control on my emotions I saw this old lady crying and I ended up clicking her picture. I saw this old man walking towards me and being a fond of portraits I ended up asking can I take your picture? With a warm smile he replied "yes, why not." When I saw her I requested her to let me click her portrait, she replied "how can I say no to you I have a son of your age" these words made my day.
